Qualifications & experience

• Qualification in Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) will be considered highly advantageous but not essential
• A current drivers license and be prepared to work across sites in your region
• The ability to pass a Police Check and Working with Children Check
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good problem solving abilities
• White Card

Tasks & responsibilities

• Carrying out duties associated with the repair, removal or replacement of damage caused by fire, water, mould and other items
• Using and installing equipment to assist in the works
• Decontaminating and sterilizing content items
• Assisting with warehouse maintenance and stock control
• Directing and managing sub contractors and temp labour as needed
• Performing site risk assessments
• Inputting job information into the database
• Participating in emergency response and claim surge events
